Purpose-built in 1968, Prince George Duke of Kent Court is situated in a beautiful area of Kent. The Home is surrounded by gardens containing a large collection of rose bushes as well as many shrubs, providing pleasant areas to sit and relax. A concrete path borders the garden, allowing residents with frames or wheelchairs to have unrestrained access. Part of the lawn area is laid out for putting, which is enjoyed by residents, their family and friends.
The Home operates a traditional ‘hotel’ style of care, where residents share communal facilities. The categories of care offered are dependent upon people's assessed individual needs.
All of our Homes can offer places to people with dementia, following an assessment of their needs.
The current weekly fee rate at Prince George Duke of Kent Court is:

- Nursing care from £903.00 per week
- Sheltered accommodation from £150.01 per week
The fees quoted are in line with our fees policy for those people who are able to pay the fees themselves. The RMBI is also committed to supporting people who are of limited means. In all cases, we advise that you discuss fees with the Home Manager at your Home of choice.
