Built in the 1840s, this magnificent house was redesigned and refurbished in the early 1980s. It is situated in its own grounds, a short walk from the beach in a peaceful area of Westbourne, near Bournemouth. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and wellmaintained, providing pleasant areas to sit and walk with sufficient space for disabled access.
Zetland Court is registered for residential and nursing care with the dual benefits of individual rooms and shared communal areas. The categories of care offered are dependent upon people’s assessed individual needs.
All of our Homes can offer places to people with dementia, following an assessment of their needs.
The current weekly fee rate at Zetland Court is:
- Residential care from £583 per week
- Nursing care from £894 per week
- Sheltered accommodation from £125 per week
The fees quoted are in line with our fees policy for those people who are able to pay the fees themselves. The RMBI is also committed to supporting people who are of limited means. In all cases, we advise that you discuss fees with the Home Manager at your Home of choice.
