Situated in its own grounds, close to the centre of the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, Cornwallis Court was redesigned and extended in 1981 within the original site of the old West Suffolk Hospital.
In the grounds, residents can enjoy the delights of three exquisite gardens and a large fishpond which is full of beauty and wildlife. To cater for the more energetic residents, there is a nine-hole miniature putting green.
The Home operates a traditional ‘hotel’ style of care, where residents share communal facilities. The categories of care offered are dependent upon people's assessed individual needs.
The current weekly fee rate at Cornwallis Court is:
- Residential care from £561 per week
- Nursing care from £890 per week
- Dementia care from £923
The fees quoted are in line with our fees policy for those people who are able to pay the fees themselves. The RMBI is also committed to supporting people who are of limited means. In all cases, we advise that you discuss fees with the Home Manager at your Home of choice.
