Purpose-built in 1986 and refurbished in 2005, the Home is situated on the outskirts of the historic city of Exeter with views over the city to the Cathedral. It is within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor and the nearby seaside towns. The Home is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, which have disabled access, and a number of seating areas.
Cadogan Court is registered for residential and nursing care with the dual benefits of individual rooms and shared communal areas. The categories of care offered are dependent upon people’s assessed individual needs.
All of our Homes can offer places to people with dementia, following an assessment of their needs.
The current weekly fee rate at Cadogan Court is:
- Residential care from £556 per week
- Nursing care from £878 per week
The fees quoted are in line with our fees policy for those people who are able to pay the fees themselves. The RMBI is also committed to supporting people who are of limited means. In all cases, we advise that you discuss fees with the Home Manager at your Home of choice.
