Devonshire Court was the first purpose-built RMBI Care Home and the first residents moved into the Home in 1966. The Home is situated on a four and a half acre site in a pleasant residential area.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a putting green, providing pleasant areas to sit and walk. A garden and a patio area accessible from the conservatory also provide a tranquil place for residents to enjoy.
The residential and nursing part of the Home operates a traditional ’hotel’ style of care – where residents share communal facilities. The categories of care offered are dependent upon people's assessed individual needs.
The current weekly fee rate at Devonshire Court is:
- Residential care from £514 per week
- Nursing care from £789 per week
- Dementia care from £822 per week
- Sheltered accommodation from £141 per week
The fees quoted are in line with our fees policy for those people who are able to pay the fees themselves. The RMBI is also committed to supporting people who are of limited means. In all cases, we advise that you discuss fees with the Home Manager at your Home of choice.
