The Long Way Back

In the summer of 2010 an intrepid group of Masonic bikers from the Leicestershire and Rutland Province took to the road with the challenge of visiting every RMBI Care Home in England and Wales within a week.
The enterprise was such a successful fundraiser for the 2012 RMBI Leicestershire & Rutland Festival that they are doing it all over again! Only this time around they will be biking the reverse route back to Leicester City F.C.'s King Power Stadium on Saturday 19 May for the Leicestershire & Rutland Festival celebration dinner.
Ride leader W.Bro Mark Pierpoint of the Joey Dunlop Lodge will head an estimated 8 to 10 bikers and they will start the ride at RMBI care home Devonshire Court in Leicester on 14 May 2012. There is still plenty of room for any other bikers that wish to take part in all or some of the ride. Please contact the RMBI for further details.
There is also a ''Guess the Mileage' competition. Entry is £2.50 per guess.
1st Prize is a week in a private Spanish villa with a swimming pool.
2nd Prize is use of a chauffered driven Rolls Royce for a day.
3rd Prize is a bottle of champagne.
