In its own 4 acre grounds, close to the
countryside in a pleasant residential area of Leicester, this
purpose-built Home opened in 1966.
Rooms are single, centrally-heated, en suite
and arranged in 6 wings named after Masonic Provinces. There are
also 12 self-contained sheltered flats.
The Residential and Nursing part of the Home
operates a traditional 'hotel' style of care - where residents share
communal facilities. Care for people with dementia is provided
within a family style `house-group'
Dementia Support Unit.
