The 2006 Festival sponsored by Norfolk had its festival dinner on 24 March 2006 where the total was announced as £2,941,022. The President of the Festival was RW Bro John S. Rushmer (Provincial Grand Master for Norfolk) and he was joined by the guest of honour RW Bro David K. Williamson (Assistant Grand Master), the RMBI President, Vice President, Chief Executive, a number of the RMBI Trustees and RMBI Council members, together with guests of the Province and 450 members from the Province of Norfolk together with their wives and partners.
