Taking responsibility for meeting the personal care need of residents, you'll manage the Nursing Unit in a way that helps to promote their emotional and physical well-being. Central to this will be to develop a detailed person centred care plan with our individual residents that addresses all their needs, and promotes independence and respects the dignity of each individual.
As a qualified nurse, you will have experience of working with older people. Committed to professionalism and well organised, you'll set high standards for staff to aspire to, and offer the necessary management, training and support to help them do this.
