Day pay rising to £7.31 plus £1.25 location award after successful completion of CIS and probationary period.

If you’re friendly, hard working and you want to do something really worthwhile, then caring at RMBI could be just what you need. The role is geared towards meeting the individual care needs of residents at one of our homes in a way that respects their dignity and promotes their independence.
Duties may include helping our residents with their personal care, changing bed linen, assisting our residents with their nutritional needs and the writing of person centred care plans with our residents.
Good written and communication skills with an understanding of the needs of older people will both be important traits required for this really rewarding role.
