Pay rising to £7.76 plus £1.25 location award after successful completion of CIS and probationary period.
If you’re friendly, hard working and you want to do something really worthwhile, then caring at RMBI could be just what you need. The role is geared towards meeting the individual care needs of residents at one of our homes in a way that respects their dignity and promotes their independence.
Duties may include helping our residents with their personal care, changing bed linen, assisting our residents with their nutritional needs and the writing of person centred care plans with our residents.
Applicants must be flexible and understand the need to provide a 24 hour quality service to our residents as the alternating shift rota includes early, evening shifts and weekend shifts.
All posts will be subject to Enhanced CRB/ISA checks and full, detailed references will be required before commencement in post.
