James Terry Court's redevelopment

James Terry Court at Croydon is to be rebuilt after planning permission was granted in July. This is exciting news for both the RMBI and for residents and staff at James Terry Court.
The new Home will provide the most modern of care home facilities to improve the lives of residents and staff alike. It will meet all the latest government guidelines and legislation on size, accessibility, facilities and provide 'future proofing' of the Home against any conceivable requirements and aspirations.
The existing locally listed main house will remain as an integral part of the site, providing extra care apartments to ensure residents live as independently for as long as possible.
