The room
We want our residents to think of the care home as their ‘home' in the truest sense of the word. We will consult with you and your relative about all aspects of home life, including the details of what help they need on a day to day basis and how they would like to receive that help. 
Your relative will be provided with a key to their room and will be free to come and go from his/her accommodation as they wish. We encourage residents to personalise their room with small items of furniture and we will treat their space with the same respect and privacy as we would their own home.
As a resident in one of our care homes, your relative may receive visitors as often as they wish and entertain them in the privacy of their room or in one of the lounges in the Home. There are also small kitchens on each wing where drinks can be made.
