During the night, the Home is staffed by two waking night staff plus one night carer who provides one to one funded support to one resident.
Most of our care staff have achieved, or are working towards an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care.
Please note that the level of care each person receives will depend on their individual care needs. This is continuously monitored and reviewed to ensure each person receives the right level of care. Staffing levels may be adjusted in different areas of the Home to support the level of care required by residents at any particular point in time.
