We have a 24-hour nurse call system installed in all our residents’ rooms and some of the residents have a personal alarm to carry, so they can call for assistance when they are around the Home.
We have two dedicated Activities Coordinators who organise a variety of activities as well as trips outside of the Home, to support our residents’ health and wellbeing. We also have fluent Thai, Nepalese, Indian, Latvian, Filipino, Bulgarian, Polish, Malay, Turkish, Indonesian, Algerian, Italian and Mandarin speakers.
Please note that the level of care each person receives will depend on their individual needs. This is continuously monitored and reviewed to ensure each person receives the right level of care. Staffing levels may be adjusted in different areas of the Home to support the level of care required by residents at any particular point in time.
