Explore our ratingRated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, Prince Michael of Kent Court is located close to the town centre in Watford and provides residential care and dementia support. We can support up to 55 residents with permanent care or short stay respite breaks.
We have a lot of person-centred care. We do background work before each resident come in. We speak to the resident and their families to find out what they like and what they dislike. The staff get to know our residents really well.

Prince Michael of Kent Court can support up to 19 people in the residential areas of our Home. In our Dementia House we can support up to 36 people. We use a staff dependency tool to determine the agreed staffing levels for each area of our Home, which varies upon our residents’ needs at any given time. These levels are monitored and reviewed regularly so staffing ratios can be adjusted according to the needs of our residents.
