Q. How do I apply for a job at RMBI Care Co.?
A.

Have a look at the roles that are currently available using the search facilities throughout the jobs section. Once you have found a role you would like to apply for please download and complete the application form. Once completed, return the application form to the specified contact on the job listing or upload it to apply online.

Q. Can I apply for more than one position?
A.

Yes, but although the selection criteria may be similar most positions are very different. Please think about the type of role that will suit you and only apply for appropriate vacancies. If you are applying for more than one position, please complete the application process for one job before applying for another one.

Q. What is RMBI Care Co.’s recruitment process?
A.

This varies depending on the type of role. For example, some of our roles may involve a series of interviews whereas others could involve assessment days. You will be notified about the recruitment process if you are shortlisted. 

Q. What documentation should I bring to the interview?
A.

You will be required to bring proof of your right to work in the UK. Any further documentation will be included in your invitation to interview if you are selected.

Q. I was not successful in the application process. Will I get feedback?
A.

We receive a high number of applications and therefore cannot provide feedback to everyone. However, if you reach interview stage we do always try to provide feedback.
